At TheHomly, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thehomly.com. Should your return be accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items right away. If there's any defect, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the problem and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, customized products like special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have concerns regarding your specific item, please get in touch.
Sale items and gift cards are unfortunately not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, we suggest returning the item you possess, and once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
